1. مقدمة1. Introduction
دربونة («التطبيق»، «نحن») تطبيق ملاحة للعراق. توضّح هذه السياسة أي بيانات نجمعها عند استخدامك التطبيق أو موقعنا، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، وما الخيارات المتاحة لك. Darbuna (the “app”, “we”, “us”) is a navigation app for Iraq. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app or our website, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
باستخدامك دربونة فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة في هذه السياسة. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using Darbuna you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها2. Data we collect
نجمع الحد الأدنى اللازم لعمل الملاحة والزحام الحيّ: We collect the minimum needed to run navigation and live traffic:

لا نحتاج اسمك ولا بريدك. يمكنك استخدام دربونة بالكامل دون إنشاء حساب. We don't need your name or email. Darbuna works fully without an account.
3. كيف نستخدم البيانات3. How we use it
- حساب أفضل مسار وتقديم التوجيه منعطفًا بمنعطف.Calculating the best route and delivering turn-by-turn guidance.
- تقدير الزحام على الطرق وعرضه على الخريطة، وإعادة توجيهك عند الحاجة.Estimating traffic conditions, drawing them on the map, and rerouting you when needed.
- إظهار تنبيهات السائقين وترتيبها حسب صلتها بمسارك.Showing driver reports and ranking them by relevance to your route.
- تشغيل البحث وإرجاع نتائج قريبة منك.Powering search and returning results near you.
- إصلاح الأعطال، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين جودة البيانات.Fixing crashes, preventing abuse, and improving data quality.
الأساس القانوني للمعالجة هو تقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها، ومصلحتنا المشروعة في تحسينها وحمايتها. Our legal bases are performance of the service you requested and our legitimate interest in improving and protecting it.
4. الأذونات والتحكم4. Permissions & controls
- الموقع: نطلبه عند أول استخدام للخريطة. يمكنك اختيار «أثناء استخدام التطبيق» أو سحب الإذن من إعدادات النظام في أي وقت.Location: requested the first time you open the map. You can grant “while using the app” or revoke it in system settings at any time.
- الإشعارات: اختيارية، وتُستخدم لعرض أوامر التوجيه على شاشة القفل.Notifications: optional; used to show turn instructions on the lock screen.
- مشاركة عينات الزحام: يمكن إيقافها من إعدادات التطبيق. عند الإيقاف لا تُرسل أي إحداثيات.Traffic sample sharing: can be switched off in the app settings. With it off, no coordinates are sent.
رفض إذن الموقع يوقف الملاحة، لكنك تظل قادرًا على تصفّح الخريطة يدويًا. Declining location stops navigation, but you can still browse the map manually.
5. ما لا نفعله5. What we don't do
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع مُعلنين.We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- لا نضمّن شبكات إعلانات أو متتبّعات في التطبيق.We embed no ad networks or third-party trackers in the app.
- لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية وأنت لا تستخدم الملاحة.We do not track your location in the background when you are not navigating.
- لا نبني ملفًا شخصيًا عنك ولا نربط العينات بمعرّف دائم.We do not build a profile about you or link samples to a permanent identifier.
6. مشاركة البيانات6. Sharing
نشارك البيانات في حدود ضيقة فقط: We share data only in narrow circumstances:
- مزوّدو الخدمة: استضافة الخوادم وشبكة توصيل المحتوى، بموجب اتفاقيات معالجة بيانات.Service providers: server hosting and content delivery, under data-processing agreements.
- الالتزام القانوني: عند وجود طلب قانوني مُلزم، وبالحد الأدنى المطلوب.Legal compliance: where we are legally compelled, and only to the minimum required.
- حماية الحقوق: لمنع الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام أو الأذى.Protecting rights: to prevent fraud, abuse or harm.
قد تُعالَج البيانات على خوادم خارج العراق. وعندها نعمل على ضمان مستوى حماية مناسب عبر الشروط التعاقدية. Data may be processed on servers outside Iraq. Where that happens we rely on contractual safeguards to keep an appropriate level of protection.
7. الوضع بدون إنترنت7. Offline mode
حزم المحافظات — الخريطة والبحث وشبكة الطرق — تُنزَّل مرة واحدة وتُخزَّن على جهازك. عند استخدام الوضع بدون إنترنت لا تُرسل أي بيانات موقع إلى خوادمنا. تُحفظ أيضًا آخر عمليات بحث ووجهات محفوظة محليًا على جهازك، وتُحذف بحذف التطبيق. Governorate packages — map, search index and road graph — are downloaded once and stored on your device. In offline mode no location data is sent to our servers. Your recent searches and saved destinations are stored locally on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

يمكنك طلب حذف أي تقرير أرسلته، أو حذف كل بياناتك المرتبطة بمعرّف الجهاز، عبر مراسلتنا. سنستجيب خلال [30 يومًا]. You can ask us to delete any report you filed, or all data tied to your device identifier, by emailing us. We respond within [30 days].
9. الأمان9. Security
ننقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر، ونقيّد الوصول إلى الخوادم، ونحتفظ بالبيانات في صورة مجمّعة حيث أمكن. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100٪، لكننا نراجع الإجراءات باستمرار. We transmit data over encrypted connections, restrict server access, and keep data aggregated wherever possible. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we review our practices regularly.
10. الأطفال10. Children
دربونة غير موجّه للأطفال دون [13] عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمت أن طفلًا استخدم التطبيق، راسلنا وسنحذف ما يلزم. Darbuna is not directed at children under [13], and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete what is needed.
11. حقوقك11. Your rights
- الاطّلاع على البيانات المرتبطة بجهازك.Access the data tied to your device.
- تصحيح بيانات غير دقيقة أو حذفها.Correct or delete inaccurate data.
- الاعتراض على المعالجة أو تقييدها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت.Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- إيقاف مشاركة عينات الزحام من إعدادات التطبيق.Turn off traffic sample sharing in the app settings.

12. بيانات الخرائط والأطراف الأخرى12. Map data & third parties
تستند خرائطنا إلى بيانات مفتوحة من OpenStreetMap (رخصة ODbL)، وOverture Maps Foundation، وFoursquare. تخضع هذه البيانات لرخص أصحابها، ونعرض الإسناد المطلوب داخل التطبيق وعلى هذا الموقع. Our maps are built on open data from OpenStreetMap (ODbL licence), Overture Maps Foundation and Foursquare. That data remains under its own licences, and we display the required attribution in the app and on this site.

13. تغييرات السياسة13. Changes
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر التطبيق أو القانون. سننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًا سنعرض إشعارًا داخل التطبيق. We may update this policy as the app or the law changes. We publish the new version here with a new “last updated” date, and for material changes we show a notice in the app.
